1. Who we are

RxNutra is a clinical nutrition marketplace connecting licensed doctors, approved suppliers and their patients. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and roles

Each account belongs to one role: doctor, supplier, follower or administrator. You are responsible for the accuracy of the professional data you submit, for keeping your credentials secure, and for every action taken from your account.

3. Medical disclaimer

Products offered on RxNutra are nutritional supplements, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Protocols are prepared by the treating doctor and remain their professional responsibility. RxNutra does not practise medicine.

4. Orders, prices and commission

Prices shown at checkout are final and resolved by the platform at the moment the order is placed. The platform charges a commission on each delivered item; the remaining value is settled to the supplier and the treating doctor.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is binding once payment is confirmed and the order status becomes confirmed.

5. Suppliers

Suppliers warrant that every listed product is genuine, correctly labelled, lawfully importable and within shelf life, and that stock levels are accurate. Products may be suspended at any time when this is not met.

6. Prohibited use

Do not attempt to manipulate prices, bypass access controls, resell platform data, upload unlawful content, or automate abusive traffic against the platform.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or applicable law, while preserving records required for legal and accounting obligations.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
