1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, language), professional data for doctors and suppliers (clinic or company name, licence or registration number, logo), order data (items, prices, address, payment reference) and technical logs needed to run the service.
2. Why we use it
To create and secure your account, to fulfil and deliver orders, to calculate commissions and settlements, to send order and payment notifications in your chosen language, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who can see your data
Access is enforced at the database level. A doctor sees only their own followers and orders, a supplier sees only their own products and the items they must ship, and a follower sees only their own orders. Uploaded images are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links.
4. Payments
Bank transfer references you submit are stored to reconcile your payment. We never store full card numbers or banking credentials.
5. Retention
Notifications and email delivery logs are archived and deleted automatically according to the retention policy configured by the platform. Order and settlement records are kept as long as required by law.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or export your data, adjust notification preferences and quiet hours from your account, or request deletion of your account subject to legal retention duties.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is scoped per role, and privileged actions run only on the server. No system is perfectly secure, so report any suspected issue to us immediately.
